I had a great experience at Burlington Mattress! I shopped at the store located at 103rd and State Line. Cassy took care of me and was so helpful and very knowledgable. She made the process so easy and when I took advantage of the "Comfort Guarantee" she took great care of me again...making sure I was completely satisfied. It was a pleasure doing business with her and the delivery guys were so great too.

I knew I wanted a new mattress & went to the 103rd location. I was not planning on buying that day- just to test the beds out. My neighbor had recommended buying a mattress at your place & was excited at your prices- so was I. Cassy was so helpful, showing different options and I ended up buying the mattress that day. I would recommend going to Burlington Mattress and asking for Casey.

I've always dreaded mattress shopping. I've tried all the brand stores, and have always been disappointed after spending way too much on mattresses that just don't hold their value. Fast forward to Burlington mattress. I visited the store in South Kansas City, on 103rd street. Wow, what a difference! Cassy was extremely professional and helpful. She let me take my time in a no-pressure, no-rush fashion to choose my mattress. I ended up using the "comfort-guarantee" for a firmer one later on. No issues whatsoever. I am thrilled with the value I received and my new bed. The delivery guys were awesome as well. They are timely, efficient, and courteous. They even delivered a mattress to me in blizzard-like conditions on time, and with no mess. Visit Cassy at the 103rd location if you're in Kansas City and you will not be disappointed. I am just thrilled with the service and value I received.
